internetless again
Qwest decided to once again slam me to MSN, on an order that was just "change from 3M/1.5M back to the 1.5M/896k I had requested" (props to EasyStreet for alerting me to the fact that Qwest had decided I needed 3/1.5). So I'm without internet at home. An hour ago I was told that it would be fixed in 45 minutes at the outside. Hopefully this time around it won't take so long I end up bouncing email. Oh, and I talked to the business office, and got over $80 in refunds and prorates, such that my bill (assuming they don't tack anything else on) will be only $5 less than usual. Makes me wonder where they had come up with $80 in fees.
